Billcue is a tool that reminds you when your bills are due. By using it, you agree to what is written below. It is short on purpose.
Status of this document. Billcue has not shipped yet. These terms describe the product as designed and will be reviewed against the shipped app before public release.
Billcue stores the bills you enter and schedules reminders on your device before their due dates. It does not connect to your bank, it does not pay anything for you, and it cannot move money.
Billcue is free to use. A paid tier, Billcue Pro, unlocks additional features. There are no advertisements on either tier.

The free trial is offered on the Annual plan only. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription. We send a reminder 7 days before it renews, in addition to any notice the app store sends. You can cancel at any time.
Prices shown here are the US prices at the effective date. The price you actually pay is the one your app store shows you at purchase, in your local currency and including any applicable tax.
All purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play, not through Billcue. That means:
The bills you enter are yours. They are stored on your device — see the Privacy Policy. Because they live on your phone, deleting the app deletes them, and we have no copy to restore. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Do not use Billcue to break the law, and do not try to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app. Sharing a bill with someone is a normal feature; sending links to people who have not asked for them is not.
Billcue is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, and a feature that exists today may be modified or removed in a later version.
Billcue is a reminder tool, not financial advice. It does not tell you what to pay, in what order, or whether you can afford it, and nothing in the app should be treated as advice about your money.
We do not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered, or that your bills will be paid on time. A reminder can fail for reasons entirely outside our control — you turn off notifications, the operating system delays or suppresses the notification, your phone is off or out of battery, you enter the wrong due date, or the app is force-quit. Paying your bills remains your responsibility. Billcue is not liable for late fees, interest, penalties, service disconnection, credit consequences, or any other loss arising from a bill you paid late — whether or not the app reminded you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to Billcue is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of warranty or liability. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent the law permits, and you keep any rights you have that cannot be waived.
If these terms change materially, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
